Η κυκλοφοριακή αγωγή των νέων είναι ένα ζωτικής σημασίας ζήτημα .
Η έννοια της κυκλοφοριακής αγωγής περιλαμβάνει όλες εκείνες τις επιδράσεις που δέχονται οι άνθρωποι (ειδικά στις μικρές ηλικίες) από το περιβάλλον και διαμορφώνουν μελλοντικά τη συμπεριφορά τους ως οδηγοί, ποδηλάτες, πεζοί.
Είναι κοινός τόπος η άποψη ότι: Τα μαθήματα κυκλοφοριακής αγωγής συνιστούν αφενός ένα βασικό τομέα εκπαίδευσης των παιδιών με ζωτική σημασία για την ασφάλεια και τη ζωή τους και αφετέρου μία βασική προτεραιότητα στην εκπαιδευτική πρακτική.
Ο σχεδιασμός, η εφαρμογή και η υλοποίηση ενός προγράμματος κυκλοφοριακής αγωγής είναι σήμερα ζητούμενο. Ο κύριος στόχος του προγράμματος πρέπει να είναι η χρήση και η εκμάθηση βασικών αρχών οδικής συμπεριφοράς από όλα τα παιδιά που συμμετέχουν μέσα από ποικίλες δραστηριότητες μάθησης και παιχνιδιού. Παράλληλα, βασικοί άξονες του προγράμματος πρέπει να είναι: η κοινωνική συναναστροφή και η συνεργασία των παιδιών, η οριοθέτηση της συμπεριφοράς, η ενίσχυση της αυτοεκτίμησης και η γλωσσική ανάπτυξη.

The best way to reduce the number of traffic accidents is to make all young drivers complete a safe driving education course before being licensed to drive. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Currently, with the booming development of private vehicles, an increasing number of adolescent drivers tend to trigger traffic accidents. So many hold that all these drivers must be forced to pass a safe education course before gaining the driver license in order to diminish the traffic accidents. Personally, I partly sanction this view concerning the following aspects.
By and large, young drivers are more likely to cause traffic accidents than others owing to they lack knowledge in regard to traffic rules and are unfamiliar with the practical experience. In other words, not passing a security education course, teen drivers tend to be at a loss when they meet with emergency. Moreover, a wealth of useful skills and safe theories are taught in the course of attending a safe education course, which could help youngster drivers pay more attention to drive, and teach them how to deal with and avoid some evitable dangers.
Completing a safe education course, however, is not the best method to tackle this problem. The youth, for example, have not practiced these driving skills for a long period of time (even if they pass such course), which still possibly give rise to traffic tragedy. Hence, I think it is also vital to constantly practice what they have learned in the course. In addition, adolescent drivers should also be promoted the awareness that nothing is more important than humankind’s lives, and realize how miserable victim and his (her) family suffers.
All things considered, from my perspective, there is no denying that passing a safe traffic education makes some senses in dropping off the traffic accident rates, but not the best. Alternatively, we also should associate constant practice with enhance adolescent drivers’ awareness towards safety driving.
